Lowongan Pekerjaan - NOC Engineer

NOC Engineer (3 position) „³ 1st priority

*Male (2) and Female (1)
*Age max 25 yo
*S1 from Information Technology/IS, or related
*Exp 1-2 as Network Operation Center in IT/Telco industry is preferable
*Good command in English both oral and written

Job Descriptions :

-Monitoring the network
-Troubleshooting --> incl. Onsite to customer
-Handling complain from customer
-Support for the other technical cases
-Making a technical report

Requirements:

- Has a good knowledge about Networking and Linux
- Ability to solve the problem independently
- CCNA certification is preferable
- Willing to work in SHIFT (3 SHIFTS)
- Has strong character: able to work with a team work and or independent, cheerful, charismatic.

Additional requirement for NOC Female

*Job Descriptions:

-Handling customer via telephone
-Make a notification / notes
-Database Admin
-Make a report

*Requirement:

-Has a good communication skill (ways of communication --> details, structured, and clear)
-Has a good knowledge of the business operation
-Has strong character: able to work with a team and or independent, cheerful, neat
-Has a good appearance (Business woman look)
